VitaNova came in at idea stage, with three potential products but no clear direction on which would perform best in the market.

They needed to validate product-market fit, define the right audience and messaging, and build a brand that could launch and generate demand quickly.

SOLUTION

Using my experience building brands from scratch, I led the process of developing and launching VitaNova — focusing on both brand and product validation.

This included:

  • Identifying the strongest product opportunity from three options

  • Defining the target audience and positioning

  • Crafting messaging that aligned with market demand

  • Building the brand identity and content strategy

  • Setting up and managing social channels

Through consistent content and targeted execution, we tested what resonated, refined the messaging, and focused efforts on the highest-performing product.
